Submit with ease

Participants access the event page and complete a fully customizable submission form. They can save drafts and return later. Once submitted, abstracts are locked for editing, and authors receive an automated confirmation email.

Fair & flexible review

Invite reviewers to create profiles and access assigned abstracts via their dashboard. Assignments can be based on language, topic, sector, or any criteria needed. Customize the review process, from simple grading to detailed forms, and ensure fairness with optional author anonymity. Reviewers can approve, reject, or mark submissions as pending.

Showcase the research

Approved authors upload their e-posters directly to the event website. Posters are categorized for easy browsing and can include ratings, comments, and email contact options. Selected posters can also appear in the event app for maximum visibility.

Present smarter, on-site

Optimize space with TV screens connected to our Abstract Management tool, allowing authors to retrieve their work instantly. Enable last-minute updates, integrate AI-powered interpretation, and provide QR codes for attendees to access translations, while reducing paper waste.
